A client places an order for title insurance. CIS Abstract Inc Title Insurance can issue an initial report with the minimum of information. This initial response shows the title as it is presently recorded.
Title officer initiates three records searches: Property, Name, and Tax searches. CIS Abstract Inc then creates a preliminary report. We expedite the process of getting hard copies of recorded documents.
