DENNIS DeANGELIS: Chief Executive Officer of CIS Abstract, Inc. and serves as its Counsel. From 1980 - 1991, he was a Managing Partner for a general practice law firm in Mineola. He has also served as the Head of the firm's Real Estate and Estate Departments. In 1992, Dennis founded his first title insurance firm. In 1995, after 15 years in the legal and title insurance fields, he founded CIS Abstract.

  
STEVEN YOSLOWITZ: Principal of the Company, Executive Vice-President and Sales Manager. Steve has 25 years experience in sales. He is a co-founder of the company and is in charge of customer service relations. Steve acts as a liaison between the clients and the company's staff.
DEBORAH BUCKLEY: Treasurer. Debbie received her accounting degree from St. John's University in 1979. She has been working in the title industry since 1992. She has been with our company since 1999. Debbie oversees all the Company's finances and in responsible for accounts payable/receivable.
AMY MCDERMOTT: Post Closing Manager. Amy is responsible for reviewing and cashiering all closing packages. She is also in charge of the escrow department and payment of real estate taxes collected at closing.
PAULA DeANGELIS: Closing Supervisor. Paula is the Company's in-house closer. She also reviews the work of our other closers and provides them with changes in the law or closing procedures.
